Food thermometer with temperature
I Brief Introduction:
•   Operating Temperature: 0 - 50'C
•   Temperature Display Range: - 20'C ~ 200 C ( - 4 - 392T ) Accuracy: - 20 C  toO'C±2'C,  O'C-50'C±1C
50'C to lOO'C±2C ,  100' C  -  200C±3%±2'C
•   Resolution: 0.1'C
•   Temperature Display for 'C/'F.
•   Temperature Sampling: Every 10 seconds.
•   Temperature Record: Save the highest and lowest temperature.
•   Alarm: Set High/Low temp alarm and  count down  alarm (max 23:59:00)
A: While the function of  high / low temp alarm is applied , once the environment temp is higher than the set high temp limit or lower than
set low temp  limit, it will beep. Piess any  key to stop it
B: When the set count- down time is up(0:00:00),  it start  to beep. Press any key to stop it.
•   Time Clock: Display hour, minute and second (24 hours format).
•   Timer. Can be set to count-up or count-down mode.
•   The normal mode is temperature mode.
•   [AUTO]: Automatic turn-off after 5minutes to save power. Turn off [POWER/AUTO] button:  Time clock , count-up : count-down functions continue to function, LCD black out. II  LCD Drawing and picture:




III  5 Buttons, 1 Switch:
[ON/AUTO/OFF]
[SET] [MODE] [MIN/V] [MAX/A] IV Basic Operation:
•   Turn on the Thermometer:  LCD full screen display,  enter into normal mode (temperature after 2 seconds.
•   Mode Switch by [MODE]: Temperature mode, Time mode, Timer mode, Food mode.
•   Temperature mode:
Press [MODE] to enter into temperature mode.
(2).
Temperature display mode: Press [SET] to display High temp limit ( HI icon Hashes, which is preset to 100"C
press [SET] again to display low temp limit ( LO icon flashes, which is preset to 0.0' C ) , press [SET] once mo
to display current temp.
(3).
Temperature mode: Press [MIN/V] to display lowest temp in the record, press [SET] to set current temp
lowest temp from present; press [MAX/ A ] to display highest temp in the record, press [SET] to set current tc:
as highest temp from present.
(4).
Set high temperature limit:
Press [MODE] to enter into temperature mode. Press [SET], HI icon flashes.
Press [ON/AUTO/OFF] to startup/close up high temp alarm function which is indicated by icon "ALRAM".
Press [MIN/V] once, high temperature limit reduce 1'C . Preset 100"C, keep hold for 2 seconds, it reduce
step of 1'C . When it reduce to the temperature which is 1'C  higher than the current low temperature lin
continue to hold on will cause it to turn to 200'C.
Press [MAX/A] once, high temperature limit increase 1'C. Keep hold for 2 seconds,  it increase by step of 1
When it increase up to 200'C, continue to hold on will cause it to turn to the temperature which is 1'C  high
than the current low temperature limit.
Return to the temperature mode without pressing any key for about 8 seconds.
Note:   .    .  •
(5).      The highest measurable temperature is 200'C. If high temperature limit is set, once the temperature is higher
than the set high temp limit, it will start to sound like "bi bi bi bi bi     ", Press any key to stop it. Here the
icon "ALARM" will continue to flash. This will only stop once the temperature is lower than the high
temperature limit. (6)»      Set Low temperature limit:
Press [MODE] to enter into temperature display mode . Press [SET] twice, Lo icon limit flashes.
Press [ON/AUTO/OFF] to startup/close up low temp alarm function which is indicated by icon "ALRAM".
Press [MIN/V] once, low temperature limit reduce l"C. Preset 0"C, keep hold for 2 seconds, it reduce by step of
1' C. When it reduce to  - 20 ' C, continue to hold on will cause it  to turn to the temperature which is I C  lower
than the current high temperature limit.
Press [MAX/A] once, low temperature limit increase 1 ' C. Keep hold for 2 seconds,  it increase by step of l'C.
When it increase to temperature which is 1 "C  lower than the current high temperature limit, continue to hold on
will cause it to turn to  - 40 ' C
Return to the temperature mode without pressing any key for about 8 seconds.
Note:
The lowest measurable temperature is  -40 'C . If low temperature limit is set, once the temperature is lower
than the set Low temperature limit, it will start to sound like "bi bi bi bi bi    ". Press any key to stop it. Here
the icon "ALARM" will continue to flash. This will only stop once the environment temperature is higher than
the low temperature limit. Time mode:
Press [MODE] to enter into Time mode. Press [SET]to set minutes (minutes  flashes) , press [SET]
When set minutes and  hours ,  press [M1N/V]/[MAX'A] to reduce/increase with step of 1 minitc /hour. Keep hold for 2 seconds,  it reduce / increase by step of lminute/hour.
[MIN/V] and [MAX/A] are of no effect in time mode. They arc effective only in time set mode.
Press [ON/AUTO/OFF] to enter into AUTO mode, press [ON/AUTO/OFF] again to enter into OFF mode, press [ON/AUTO/OFF] once more to enter into normal mode. Exit the set mode without pressing any key for about 8 seconds. Timer mode:
Press [MODE] to enter into timer mode. Press [SET] to set count down minutes, press [SET] again to set count down hours, press [SET] once more to exit count down set.
In count down set, press [MIN / V ]/[MAX / A ] to adjust count down minutes and hours with step of 1 minute/hour. Maximum count down value is 23:59:00. Press [MODE] to enter into timer mode.
[MIN/V]:  This key is of no effect during the process of count down / count up. If count down is pause, press [MIN / V ], the value will be renewed to 0:  00:  00. If count up is pause, press [ MIN/V ]  , the value will be renewed to 0:  00:  00.:
If count down is in process, press [MAX / A ] to pause, press [MAX / A ] again to continue count down process. If count up is in process, press [MAX / A  ]to pause, press [MAX / A ] again to continue count up process. When "0:  00:  00" is shown on the screen ,  press [MAX /A] to start up count up function . When there is a set timer value shown on the screen  , - press [MAX / A ] to startup count down function. Press [ON/AUTO/OFF] to enter into AUTO mode, press [ON/AUTO/OFF] again to enter into OFF mode, press [ON / AUTO/OFF] once more to enter into normal mode. Note: The maximum count down value is 23: 59: 00. If count down value is set, once time is up, it will start to sound like "bi bi
bi bi bi    ". Press any key to stop it. Sound will be stop automatically without pressing any key for about 30 seconds.
V Food mode
1.   Press [MODE] to enter Food mode.
2.   Press [SET/ON/OFF] to start up the preset function . Press [ SET/MIN/MAX] to set alarm temp, alarm time, count-down time, exit the setting mode, it will display the current temp.
3.   If the food temp reaches to setting temp, the display will be changed to count-down time.
4.   Temperature Display for ' C / Fexchange.
5.   If the count-down time is up, it will give an alarm, press any key to stop it. Sound will be stop automatically without pressing any key for about 30 seconds.
6.   After the alarm stopped, exit the food mode and cancel the preset temp, it will return to the food temp.
7.   Under Food mode, whether it displays the temp or time, press [SET/MIN/MAX] to set temp and time. If it displays the time, the setting mode stops count-down time. After setting it will back to temp mode again.
